• Registration and organization of internal and external documents (e-mails, correspondence, etc.);
• Preparation of documents (contracts, orders, powers of attorney, estimates, etc.);
• Coordination of organizational issues related to the company's customers and employees (telephone calls, visitors, etc.);
• Registration of information in the company's accounting system;
• Work with office equipment.
- Previous experience in such or similar position;
• Skills in gathering information, analyzing and drawing up documents;
• Very good communication skills, initiative, customer orientation;
• Ability to work in a team and organize their work independently;
• Good skills in using standard office software;
• Good knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian.

• Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00;
